I recently toured though the Rhône on a river cruise. This was a great opportunity to visit one of the great wine regions in France. In Tain l’Hermitage we went walking through the Vineyards on the left bank,
through some of the most stories in the region, Chapoutier and Paul Joboulet. It was amazing to see them working the vineyards on these steep slopes and the walk up and down the hillside justifies going to Valrhona Chocolate to sample some of the best chocolate in the world. What more could you want from a small village on the Rhône Great Wine and Chocolate.
Crozes-Hermitage is a French wine Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in the northern Rhône wine region of France and is the largest of the Northern Rhône Appellations.
